Chair is carved from a block of hard wood in one single piece and has a beautiful red brown patina.

Probably Early-20th century

Dimensions: 82 x diameter 45 cm – 32.2 x diameter 17.7 in.

The Gurage crafts men who carved these chairs were called Fuga.

These chairs were reserved for chiefs or aristocrats
