Aquatint on Arches paper by Pablo Picasso – Still life with pears and pitcher, 1960

Limited edition fine art print by Pablo Picasso – Nature Morte aux Poires et au Pichet, 1960. (Still Life with Pears and a Pitcher).

After an oil painting by Picasso from 1936.

Aquatint in color on Arches wove paper signed in pencil by the artist on lower right and H.C. numbered on lower left. Dated on lower right in the plate in roman digits and it bears also blind stamp of the publisher on lower left. One of an edition of 300 signed and numbered etchings in color, aside some E.A (Artist proofs) and some H.C. (Hors commerce) like this example; some are enchanted to give relief and texture effect some have ‘’rehaussements’’ or embellishments.
