Mixed media etching with dry point and lithography in color on fine nacre- Japon paper hand-signed in pencil by the artist on the lower right and roman numbered in pencil A XVI on XL on the lower left. In addition the nacré-Japon paper bears Salvador Dali blind stamp consisting a raised embossed seal of his signature on the lower left. One of an edition of 40 signed and numbered etchings.

Catalogue raisonné: Michler-Lopsinger nr 498 Vol. I series from 494 to 505.

Artwork is framed (Rosewood and ebony): This piece is museum quality framed using acid-free matting and rag paper floating hinge-tabs, absolutely no tape is used.

Dimensions: With frame 94 x 77 cm

Sheet: 76 x 55 cm – 30 x 21.65 in

Condition: Work is in fair condition, it has some time ware on the upper edges hidden in frame and some little spotting but not in image.

This piece is done on Japon paper (a rice paper with a satin-like texture) which is more expensive than the standard archival papers like Rives or Arches papers that Dali often used in his printmaking.
